Rugadir offers authentic handmade Moroccan rugs crafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and natural materials. Each product is unique and may vary slightly in color, pattern, and texture.

By using this website, you confirm that:

You also agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:

  • Colors may vary due to screen settings
  • Minor variations are normal and part of handmade craftsmanship

Such variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD, unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers such as WooPayments, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Rugadir does not store payment card details.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order
  • Orders may be canceled if payment authorization fails or if fraud is suspected

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Rugadir is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier issues
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order, especially for made-to-order or custom rugs, which are non-refundable.
