1. Processing Time

Because our rugs are handmade, processing times vary:

  • Ready-to-ship rugs: 2–5 business days
  • Made-to-order or custom rugs: 7–21 business days

Production times are clearly stated on each product page.

2. Shipping Origin

All rugs are shipped directly from Morocco, ensuring authenticity and direct artisan support.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country. Rugadir has no control over these fees.

6. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships
  • Tracking details will be sent via email

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Is delayed
  • Shows no tracking updates
  • Arrives damaged or incorrect
